Rental Information

 

Listed below are our basic rental rates and fees. But we have the flexibility to negotiate a special arrangement to meet you specific needs. Contact our Contracts Specialist for more details and to book your event.

 

COWBOY HALL

 

Our large event hall is available for rent. Click here Cowboy Hall for pictures and description of the facilities. It has been used for 4-H dances, birthday parties, wedding receptions, village fairs, group dinners and more. It may well satisfy your needs for a large, non-smoking, enclosed meeting area in a rural setting.

 

Our current rates and requirements are:

 

Effective for rentals booked after 1 March 2011

 

  • Rental: $400.00/day; partial rate - $225.00 for up to 6 hours.
  • Extra hours: $25/hour for access to set up for an event or for clean up after an event.
  • Damage deposit: $500.00 (refundable if no damage incurred); $250.00 for partial rate and parties under 25 people.
  • Insurance: comprehensive Private Event liability insurance binder required to cover day(s) of use.
  • Signing deposit: $100.00, which must accompany returned signed contract. This will hold the date(s) requested. This is applied to the daily rental fee and is not in addition to that amount. NOTE HOWEVER the signing deposit is non-refundable.

 

We also have meeting rates for business and organizational meetings that do not include food or beverage service or entertainment.

 

  • Meeting Rates: $25 per hour and fraction of an hour (no minimum). $25 refundable security deposit and rental fee paid in advance to reserve date/time. No insurance binder required.

All amounts are required to be paid at least 10 business days prior to the date requested. Alcohol, if desired, must be coordinated through the local licensed dispenser, Longhorn Saloon, here in Bosque Farms. No other dispensing or use of alcoholic beverages is permitted on the grounds. BFRA RODEO/HORSE ARENA

 

The BFRA Rodeo Arena is one of the best amateur rodeo and horse show facilities in the State. Click here for a look at the facilities . This facility has been the scene of junior rodeos, barrel races, horse shows and horse-riding clinics. Trees shade the arena and provide a natural backdrop for these events. Liability insurance is required for the date(s) rented.

 

Our current rates for arena rental are:

 

 

  • Hourly rental - $10.00/hour for first rider, $5.00/hour for each additional rider.
  • Horse Show - $200.00/day (includes $100.00 signing deposit );
  • Rodeo - $350.00/day (includes signing deposit $100.00);
  • Tractor - $100 per day - one preparation drag included in base rent for shows/rodeos.
  • Stall/holding pen (16 available) - $10.00 per night;
  • Arena lights usage - $35.00 per hour [not pro-rated];
  • Watering during event - $25.00 per load;
  • Stock Pen rental (non-event rentals) - $10.00 per night per pen;
  • RV/camper parking (non-event related - no hook-ups) - $20.00 per day
  • Electric utility hookups (for RVs or vendors) - $10.00 per day for 110V, $25 per day for 220V;
  • Damage deposit (horse show):$150.00;
  • Damage deposit (rodeo):$300.00;
