Cowboy Hall (exterior)
Listed below are our basic rental rates and fees. But we have the flexibility to negotiate a special arrangement to meet you specific needs. Cowboy Hall has been used for 4-H dances, birthday parties, wedding receptions, village fairs, group dinners and more. It may well satisfy your needs for a large, non-smoking, enclosed meeting area in a rural setting (see pictures below).
Calendar Year 2018 Cowboy Hall rental rates and requirements are:
Full Day Rental (12 hours): $500.00/day
Half Day Rental (6 hours): $300.00
Utility Rate for Special Events: $25/hour
Set Up Charges (if requested): $30.00/hour
Damage Deposit: $500.00 (refundable if no damage incurred)
Damage Deposit For Events that Include Alcohol - Requires an Additional $250.00 deposit (refundable if no damage incurred)
Insurance: Comprehensive Private Event liability insurance binder required to cover day(s) of use.
Booking fee: $100.00 will hold the date(s) requested until a contract is signed. This is applied to the daily rental fee and is not in addition to that amounts. Dates may be rescheduled if a contract has not been signed and there is no conflict for the revised dates. NOTE: the booking fee is non-refundable.
Signing deposit: $100.00, which must accompany returned signed contract, unless booking fee has been paid. This will hold the date(s) requested. This is applied to the daily rental fee and is not in addition to that amount.
NOTE: the signing deposit is non-refundable. We also have meeting rates for business and organizational meetings that do not include food or beverage service or entertainment.
$25 per hour and fraction of an hour (no minimum). $25 refundable security deposit and rental fee paid in advance to reserve date/time. No insurance binder required.

All amounts are required to be paid at least 10 business days prior to the date requested. Alcohol, if desired, must be discussed with the Contracts Specialist in advance to go over current requirements. No other dispensing or use of alcoholic beverages is permitted on the grounds.
