The specific purpose of the Association is devoted to maintaining and preserving the rural lifestyle of New Mexico through equine and community based education and youth oriented activities and services beneficial to the community and public interest. Specific activities and services shall include:

 

(a)              Sponsoring educational seminars, recreational events, and community activities benefiting the rural and agricultural heritage of the Village of Bosque Farms. Youth outreach activities shall include junior rodeo events, adult supervised youth dances, 4H activities, and equine-related training activities provided to teach young people leadership, responsibility, and life skills.

 

(b)     Acquiring and holding in the name of the Corporation, real property such as rodeo grounds, event buildings, and such improvements and equipment necessary to carry out the charitable exempt purposes
