Association is devoted to maintaining and preserving the rural lifestyle of

Sponsoring educational seminars, recreational events, and
community activities benefiting the rural and agricultural heritage of the
(b) Acquiring and holding in the name of the Corporation, real property such as rodeo grounds, event buildings, and such improvements and equipment necessary to carry out the charitable exempt purposes
